This light duty hinge is made of 0.040" thick steel, punched and countersunk on 2" centers for #6 flat head screws. Nickel plated for bright, shiny looks and corrosion resistance.

Knuckles are 1/2" long, and the pin is 0.090" in diameter. When open and flat, this hinge measures 2" across both leaves. 72" long.

The pin is staked (secured in the hinge) so that it won't slide out when installed vertically.
