The 040 Series Piano Hinge, in 0.040" thick Steel, is a light duty hinge that's ideal for small boxes or doors that require a small but durable hinge. These are plain steel, with no holes, and have a factory "mill" finish.

Available in open widths from 3/4" up to 1 1/2" and lengths of 72" or 96". These have a 1/8" diameter steel pin and 1/2" knuckles.

No plating or other coatings, though they do have a light oil residue to prevent them from rusting during shipping.
