Southco's E3 Vise Action compression latches are like a door latch and a clamp all in one! 

TheSouthco E3'snot only hold a compartment door closed, they clamp it closed with up to 4mm of compression, with a simple 180 degree turn of the wing handle. The clamping action is beneficial in a few ways: No rattling or vibration and if your door has a gasket on it, it's more likely to be weather-resistant than with any other kind of latch.

This particular latch is all stainless, steel, and includes a rubber gasket for weather-sealing. It's adjustable to accommodate a range of door and panel thicknesses, and can be adjusted anytime, with just a wrench.
